MOMENTUM Light is our new, compact entry-level format for mental clarity and emotional strength in everyday working life. It is aimed at individuals and small teams (4–6 people) who are curious about how mindfulness and mental training can lead to greater focus, inner calm, and team strength.

In this certified training program to become a "Trainer for MOMENTUM," participants are trained to independently deliver the MOMENTUM program. They will learn what is essential for leading the program, how to convey content clearly and effectively, and how to guide exercises and meditations.

A unique aspect of this training is the opportunity to license the MOMENTUM app upon successful completion and use it for their own implementations within organizations.

MOMENTUM is a 6-week intensive program that brings about lasting change in people. Practical topics relevant to professional life, daily guidance via the app, and peer interaction lead to tangible changes—in both thinking and behavior. In our open format, employees and managers from different companies can work together on the MOMENTUM curriculum.

This course is led by Dr. Svea von Hehn and Moritz Birk.

Each online session combines brief theoretical insights with guided meditations, reflection exercises, and group discussions. The content builds upon itself and follows a logical progression: from outward perception through inner experience to a loving approach toward oneself and others. Between sessions, participants are provided with brief prompts and simple exercises for everyday life. Participants also receive access to the MOMENTUM app for daily, self-guided exercises.
